Age Partnership was founded on the principle that everyone deserves to enjoy their retirement without the worries that financial insecurity can bring. We have grown enormously over the past 14 years, but this belief and our core values still underpin everything that we do. This mission drives us to keep innovating and developing, always on the lookout for ways in which to make a real difference to people’s lives.

We believe that people who are at, or approaching, retirement deserve to get the best out of life. Based in Leeds, West Yorkshire, with over 400 employees, we have tailored a variety of financial solutions specifically for the over 50s to help people to realise their dreams and goals and achieve financial security.

How it all began

Age Partnership was formed in 2004 to enable people who are at, or approaching, retirement to get the best out of life. From the outset, our goal was to deliver a superior service, with both customer outcomes and experience key to our operating model. These factors were underpinned by a strategy of coupling outstanding, customer-focused people with high-end technology – a combination that we have maintained throughout our history.

Where we are now

Since then, the business has both grown and diversified. With over 80,000 customers, we have now advised on well over £3.2bn of equity release transactions and attract around 26% of the UK’s new equity customers annually. However, to ensure we cater for every need and improve the lives of more customers, we looked to add new, exciting products and services to our range.

Our future plans

We are always looking to enhance the range of products and services that we offer for the benefit of our customers and have an ever-increasing number of partnerships with likeminded companies who share our ethos and values. We will also continue to welcome the best and brightest talent into our business to help further our success; maybe this is where you come in?
